![]() ![]() Maybe all of us download the SJC Mustafar level and have an epic duel or something? I'm not sure if online is still an option, but it would be fun to meet up with some people on the forums and have a go at some dueling in the game. It's a bit dated but there's some seriously impressive user created maps, mods, and characters for this game. There's so much freedom in the game and what you can do with your character that not even TFU or TOR can even hope to compare too and I am willing to defend that for the life of me. I still argue that JK2 and JK3 are the best Star Wars / Jedi games out there in terms of modding, customization, combat and just general movement and playability. Tons of drama and anime / TV show / game character cutouts and not to mention superfluous dialogue, "tragic" backstories and little actions cam with it but still was incredibly fun. I loved playing online and role-playing on RPG Zone back in the day. So, anyone else out there have any awesome experiences in this game? Or even some cool mods theyd like to share? This isn't the mutilate mod, and this video is also 100% dismemberment, the lightsaber is even more extreme in this video than in the mod I am using. It's about as "realistic" as I think you could get to saber combat in any game. Fights could last 1 minute, or they could last 3 seconds. But at the same time, they can lop off your head pretty quick too if you aren't careful. There is some arcadey-feel that is lost when fighting Reborns or bosses, due to how volatile the sabers are. ![]() The mutilate mod really makes combat with the saber a lot closer to what would actually happen. If you don't have it, its only $10.00 on Steam! If anyone has this for PC, I suggest at least these 3 mods for one of the most immersive SW games I've played to date. Except there are way more limbs flying off than in my childhood haha. So, if I feel like rocking the robe halfway through a mission and then want to take it off, I can.) Ingame Appearance and Saber Menu (lets me change my costume or saber anytime I want. Dismemberment is almost always a guarantee but there is a percentage for each individual enemy as to where they are more susceptible to being dismembered, if you hit them in that area that is.) Something usually always gets lopped off on an enemy though. Mutilate (Causes limbs, heads, and sometimes torsos to be cut in half, to be lopped off at around 30-40% of the time. Jedi Costumization Plus (To give me extreme customization in my appearance) and I have to say, mods give it the best SW game experience ever. Of course, now that I own it for PC as opposed to Xbox, I could use mods. Thanks and thanks for what looks like another monumental effort by some good SW fans.Started playing this for PC after not playing it for almost a decade. If anyone has managed to get it working past the disk 1 not in drive error please reply. I think that this one is worth taking a bit of a further look into. Just my opinion though but I haven`t played it yet because of the steam issue. It looks like all the modelers and skinners are credited as well. It looks like the mixed work of a lot of fans and there's full credits for everyone when it starts up. Trojan? I think that it would have been flagged by the search engines or an online virus detection app if that was the case. I say a lot of work went into making this and it looks as if its professionally done.Ī 100% work around for us steam users to the cd check would likely be a good thing for this mod. I couldn't get mine running even after installing the suggested hotfix though the gameplay and mod itself looks great from the video. I'd say overall it was a great job and the only problem seems to be the cd check problem on the steam version. The menus and the models look great as do the maps. I didn't actually get the game running (the steam version requires a patch for the jamp.exe and the jasp.exe). ![]()
